Exams help every teacher to understand the mental capacity of the students and to rectify their shortcomings. In turn it helps the students to perform and think as the way it should be done.

Exams can energize students, rendering them motivation to learn things they would otherwise continue putting off. Exams encourage students to find methods of understanding and remembering information without having to study it up.
